Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
• Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

• Maintain existing sites
• Liaise and interface with clients & stakeholders
• Document technical and functional specifications
• Provide technical consultancy services to clients
• Liaise with IT and Systems departments
• Ensure that we meet commercial ‘go-live’ deadlines

• Meet clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
• Interpret the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
• Estimate the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
• Use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
• Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
• Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work;
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
• Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches;
• Work on layouts and art working pages ready for print;
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat;
• Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

• Create highly engaging complex animations for a diverse array of media,
including smartphones, tablets and the web.
• Work with illustrators, designers and instructional designers to
understand the project scope and objectives.
• Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
• Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives
and ideas.
• Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.
• Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for
the project.
• Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to
enhance motion graphics.
• Support the design and illustration team with photo editing, bespoke
illustration and icon design.
• Responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation
• Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new
technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in production design
and popular music to deliver cutting edge work.
